Step 1 - In a deep pan boil water. Add teaspoon oil & salt to taste. Add pasta in boiling water and cook for 1-2 minutes. Step 2 - Fry onions, sweet corns and capsicum in two teaspoon oil for 3-4 minutes. Step 3 - Add the boiled fusilli, tomato ketchup, red chilli, soy sauce, salt and cream and toss gently. sprinkle the cheese and serve hot.
